The Workers’ Compensation unit provides assistance to all UCSB employees who are either injured or develop a job-related illness as a result of their employment. We assist Supervisors and Managers with their responsibilities regarding Workers’ Compensation procedures, and provide ongoing assistance to campus departments regarding issues involving benefits, vocational rehabilitation, and payroll as it relates to employee's workers' compensation injury/illness. We also provide interpretation of Workers’ Compensation laws, benefits and regulations as needed. |
