Accessing and Printing Your Monthly U.S. Bank FlexCard Statement

U.S. Bank does not mail Monthly Statements to FlexCard cardholders. Upon monthly notification by UCSB FlexCard Administration of statement availability, Cardholders need to log onto Access Online and print a copy of the statement.

  1. On the Welcome to Access Online mainpage, enter the following information:

    1. Organization Short Name: UCSB (not case sensitive)
    2. User ID (as created above)
    3. Password (as created above)
  1. Click Login.

  2. From the left hand menu, select “Account Information.”

  3. On the Account Information screen, select “Cardholder Statement.”

  4. If you have more than one FlexCard account, you will need to select which account statement you wish to view and print: this can be done by entering the FlexCard account number. If you have only one account, alternately you can enter your Last Name and First Name or, in the Social Security Number box, your EMPLOYEE ID NUMBER.

  5. Click the “Search” button.

  6. On the Cardholder Statement screen, select the Billing Cycle for the statement that you wish to view (the current statement plus the 2 preceding monthly statements are available) and click “View Statement.”

  7. The statement appears as a PDF document which you can print if your department policy is to retain copies. Otherwise, you may simply view the statement, then close the window.

Remember: Only the current and two preceding months statements are maintained in Access Online. If you do not print a statement within that time period, and later need one, you will need to make (and pay for) a special request to U.S. Bank.
