VERIZON WIRELESS CELL PHONE SERVICE If your department wishes to set up AutoPay for its Verizon Wireless cell phone service, it must do so on a bill-by-bill basis. (That is, if your department receives only one monthly bill with multiple cell phone numbers on it, it only has to set up AutoPay once; but, if you receive multiple bills for various cell phones, each bill must be set up separately.) The FlexCard cardholder takes the following actions:
IMPORTANT REMINDER: Whenever the FlexCard used for AutoPay is terminated, due to employee separation, etc., it must be replaced with an active FlexCard in order for AutoPay to continue. Before the old FlexCard is terminated, the new FlexCard cardholder must email Ray Sanchez and request that his or her name be added to the account(s). The new cardholder must then call Verizon Wireless and update the FlexCard card number to be charged for AutoPay.
