Ergonomic Product/Furniture Ordering Process

  1. Employee schedules an ergonomic evaluation and receives copies of Evaluation Recommendations and reviews Product Ordering Process.

  2. Employee gets purchase approval from Manager and gives recommendations to MSO.

  3. MSO orders the recommended products and requests services as follows:

Note to MSOs:
Computer accessory products can be ordered from OfficeMax Catalogue Computer Accessories pgs. 348-365. Some products on the Ergo Web site or UCSB Ergonomic Product List may not be pictured in the regular Boise catalog but can be ordered online through Computer Accessories or Central Stores link above.
