	Student Change of Address Form

Dear Resident,

When you move out of your residence hall during or at the end of the academic year, Mail Services will forward your first class mail and periodicals (magazine subscriptions) for THREE MONTHS. After three months, Mail Services will return all first class mail to sender. Mail Services does not forward any standard mail. We suggest you contact all correspondents and notify them directly of your new address.
